I am so excited to be sharing these lovely photographs taken by Katy, my 2nd shooter & soon to be sister-in-law. Katy has been working with me exclusively for about a year now and I have been so happy to have her on board. Not only does she have an incredible eye for composition and candid moments, but she perfectly captures everything from quirky details to the roller coaster of wedding day emotions. Katy has a degree in fine art photography from Dundee, she sings in a folk band, she’s a trained make up artist, and she’s currently studying design at the Royal Conservator of Scotland. She is also hilarious, lovely to be around, and (unlike me) she drives. Basically she’s the best thing to happen to my wedding photography business since that time I finally got a full frame sensor camera. She probably even be better than that. Anyhow – have a look at her beautiful pictures. I can’t wait to introduce her to all of my wonderful clients this year!

Candid Wedding Photography Scotland || Highlands Wedding Photographer || Katriona & Adrian: A Preview
I just loved Katriona & Adrian’s wedding up in Kennmore. I was so excited to finally photograph a Rowan Joy Bridal wedding dress, and Katriona’s gorgeous green dress did not disappoint! She was so happy with it too and she looked just stunning. You can really see that Autumn has started to arrive in Scotland, and the changing leaves were a prefect backdrop to this lovely wedding. Katriona & Adrian are the kindest people, and their whole wedding was full of joy and incredibly fun. Congratulations to Katriona & Adrian!
Simin & Colin’s wedding at Broxmouth Park was gorgeous! I was so delighted when I saw Simin’s dress by Gwendolynne I believe I squealed with delight, and I was equally thrilled by their gorgeous stationary & gorgeous flowers. So pretty! These two had such a stunning day and I’m wishing them all the best! Congratulations to Simin & Colin!
I haven’t stopped swooning over Meredyth & Michael’s elopement since I shot it. These two were just the best. They had such a gorgeous day with perfect light and they were so in love. I am so thrilled that I got to be their photographer. Congratulations to Meredyth & Michael!
Michael & Victoria had a gorgeous wedding at Duntreath Castle, just outside of Glasgow. It was such a fun day and enjoyed by everyone. Congratulations to Victoria & Mike!
I do love a Dalduff Farm wedding, especially when the light is all golden! David and Caitlin were married there not long ago and it was a truly glorious day. I adored Caitlin’s dress and shoes and had so much fun taking pictures in all of the pretty light! Here is a little preview of their pictures. Congratulations to David & Caitlin!
